Delivery is now available for our customers within the City of St. John’s. ❗❗❗❗❗ ANY ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE WILL BE PROCESSED VIA CANADA POST ❗❗❗❗❗

Cut off time for deliveries is 12PM. Deliveries are currently available Monday to Friday, unavailable on the weekend.

• If your order is placed before 12PM, your order will be delivered the same day, between 12PM and 5PM.
• Any orders placed AFTER 12PM will be delivered the following day, between 12PM and 5PM.

PREPAID ORDERS: To ensure the protection of our customers, you will be required to show both your ID and card used for payment at the time of pickup/delivery.

The name on the order must match the name on the credit card used for payment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow another customer to pick up/receive orders that have been prepaid.

MAIL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:

⇾ For P.O. Boxes, write your street address in the address section and your PO Box number in the suite/unit area.

⇾ If you live in a remote area and don’t have a street address, simply use our address, 286 Torbay Road, St. John’s NL, and in the ‘Special Instructions’ area at the bottom post your P.O. Box Address.

⇾ We are currently working on a solution for PO Boxes with no street address. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Canada Post usually takes 2-4 days to deliver but can sometimes take longer. You will receive a pick-up notice in your mailbox as a signature is REQUIRED on delivery to verify your age. Canada Post currently does not offer this service door-to-door due to COVID-19 but this may change in the future.
